About me

Hey There, thanks for stopping by. I'm Sam (she/her), a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Yoga Teacher and presently a Yoga Therapist in Residency.  Outside of being a counselor, I enjoy spending a lot of time outside!  Some of my hobbies include astrology, hiking, camping, kayaking and luring neighborhood cats. 

I've been in the mental health space for 15+ years and have spent the majority of my career supporting those with complex and dynamic needs. My focus for my practice is cultivating a safer space where people can access their most authentic self.
